Well we’re a little late getting our letter out this month. Rach is busy with making sure her sub will be able to take care of things while she is an maternity leave. I am actively trying to avoid studying for finals. I only have a few left but they are nasty ones. I decided I would much rather write the newsletter this month. Studying is over rated.

I don’t know if the word is out yet or not but it sounds like we are going to be inducing on 12/23. It will be later that night before we get started so she will either be born that night or early the next morning. We figured it was better to have a birthday before Christmas than to have it directly after. We chose the name Natalie because in our baby book it says it means “born on Christmas”. Kinda fun huh? It is sure going to be a different Christmas. I hear that the hospital brings the baby to you in a Christmas stocking. I sure have my heart set on that. They’d better do it or I’m going to demand my money back!!! I hope I don’t wear out my welcome… J

We are very excited to have mom come out to be with us. She’ll be coming on the 22^nd and staying for a week. While we feel bad that she is going to miss Christmas in Georgia, I’s sure this Christmas will be very memorial for us all. We painted the baby’s room yellow and have had some fun setting up the crib and stuff.

I have been to several interviews lately. One company has taken me through five interviews in all. They’re taking Rach and I out to dinner soon. I assume it is to extend an offer. (If not I’m going to make sure I order a HUGE meal J). It will be nice to have a job secured before I even start my last semester. The above comment about “studying being overrated” might reflect my senioritis. Truth be told I am still enjoying school. I wish I had time to do even more schooling. I have even looked into the joint MBA/JD degrees at the U (M.B.A and a law school degree in three years). Why is it there is never enough time…or money for that matter?

Rachel is getting into Mary Kay. She sure seems to enjoy it. She has always enjoyed hosting skin care classes for other people, and she has finally decided to do it for herself. She just got some of her inventory today, and her business cards yesterday. She is very excited. I think she is holding her first class tonight. We were worried that she would have to do it without any product on hand. Gladly it made it here this morning.
