Dear
family,
I hope you are all healthy, and happy.
I love conference weekend. Being able to watch it in the warmth of our own
homes is such a blessing. The technology of today is an amazing thing.
Dave and I had an extra special blessing of being able to attend the last
session of conference in the conference center with very good seats near the
front. Michaelene Grassli (former primary general president is in our
ward and gets tickets every session) and her husband invited us to attend with
them. It was fun to watch her mingle. As neat as it was to be
there, I felt no real big difference other than that of listening to the
tabernacle choir- testifying to me that you don't need to go to really
feel the spirit and message of conference. The part that was wonderful
and brought the spirit so close to my heart was when the music "We Thank
Thee of God for a Prophet" came on and everyone went from chattering to
absolute silence as they stood and waited for the arrival of our prophet.
It was amazing how the spirit so quickly intensified in the room.
Attending conference renewed and strenghtened my testimony that we have a
living prophet on the earth today. He is a man of God with great
spiritual power and insight. He is a man with a great sense of humor.
He entered the roon waving his cane and "bopping" the security guard
over the head with it as he did as he left the room also. He is a man who
is a pacestter. Just to see the conference center is testimony to that. He has
great vision, and makes things happen. He is most certainly a man of God,
whom I love, and sustain. I am grateful for opportunities that
strenghthen and uplift me.
We love you, and think of you often.

Hello
Family,
It has been awhile since we have written. Our fast sunday isn't until the
14th, but I thought while I was sitting at the computer I had better
write.
Our internet service was out for a while, but we have a new internet server
finally up and running, and i finally learned how to use it. (thanks to
Christa!)
our new address is Hubbard4160@aol.com
The Olympics have come and gone, what a thrill to have it so close!
Camdens blessing was wonderful! What a special day to have Natalie and
Camden blessed with generations present. Grandpas testimony was so strong and
what a thrill to have him share it with us - I only wish I had taped it.
Thanks to all of you who attended - what a great family we have. I am so
thankful for you all and for your examples. Camden continues to grow, and
change everytime we see him. Amy and Brian are wonderful parents, and are
so good to share him with us often.
Heather says "hi". Christa is also looking over my shoulder and
says "hello".
Our Quiznos is finally under construction and should be ready to open the end
of June. It is getting very exciting. Brian and I have finished our
training. We went to our final training in Denver a few weeks ago, and passed
our exit exam. Hopefully our 2nd one will open about 6 months after that.
We are healthy, happy, and enjoying life here in Utah.
love you all,
Hubbards
