Happy New Year!
Well we hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. Courtney & Ashley
came
home for Christmas. The highlight of Christmas Day was talking with
Kyle.
He sounded so happy. He is now training a new missionary in
Ireland.
Sounds like he is teaching some good prospects. We pray for him each
day.
He'll be home in 7 months.
It was fun to go to St. George to Brian's farewell. He has been prepared
well by his parents and the Lord. He will be a great servant of the Lord.
Anyway, Not much is new with me. I've been working hard lately getting
ready for a busy February-April. We are going to go on our usual Ski-trip
during the end of January and then spend a week in Salt Lake for the
Olympics. Should be fun.
Jennifer has been busy with her mia-maids, geneology, working out, and
putting away all of her Christmas decorations. The house looked very
Christmasy again this year.
Troy is looking for a new job. He still works at Golf Land but is getting
tired of it I quess. Perhaps Togos he says. He is doing good in
school as
he is getting ready to graduate this year.
Courtney is finishing her Senior year at BYU this year. She is getting
a degree is History. She is still working part time at the Gap. She
is
also teaching the Gospel Doctrine class in her Ward. We are anxious to go
visit it next month, to give her a hard time...
Ashley is really enjoying going to Von Curtis School of Hair Design. She
will finish in 15 months. She promises to give me free hair cuts for the
rest of my life...She is madly in like :) with a young man who just went on
a mission to Houston, Texas. He is a sharp guy who I'm sure will serve a
good mission.
May God bless all of you this coming year. Make it the best year of your
life. This life is not a dress rehearsal. So be happy, find love,
peace
and happiness in your hearts each moment of the day. I believe we do this
by having faith, hope, and charity in Christ.
We love you all!
